Spring Frenzy 2011 Begins Tomorrow Feb 7th

Spring Frenzy is a week long event in Lake Havasu City geared for adults - local and visitors alike and will be held Monday – Friday February 7-11th…

There are over 100 classes and activities offered - many at the Aquatic Center, but others in the community including at Mohave Community College. Every class you can think of is offered from - swimming, floral arranging, wine tasting, etc..... The week ends with a dinner and dance. Cost is only $4 per class; $10 per day or $30 per week

I will be teaching 1 hour computer classes on a variety of topics Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-5pm - so if you haven't registered already stop by the Aquatic Center and sign up...

Spring Frenzy began “10 years ago” in 2001 with 92 people participating – this year LHC expects more than 1,500 people to participate. Now that’s a success story thanks to the hard work and dedication of LHC’s Park & Recreation Dept. at the Aquatic Center and all of the businesses throughout the city that participate, including Mohave Community College…

And remember - next weekend Saturday & Sunday, Feb. 12th and 13th is Winterfest on McCulloch Blvd McCulloch Boulevard - from Acoma to Smoketree - is transformed into a giant street fair complete with food and merchandise vendors, music and entertainment. There is something for every age. There are RVs and offroad vehicles for adults to look at and pony rides and inflatables for the children
